I`d like to trade or exchange stocks or other at approx. $200 a day. This would be a daily, week or month cash

flow(I feel I have longterm covered). There are numerous stocklike investments on the internet ( forex, stocks, comodies, options, funds
and etc). Should I learn a SYSTEM or develop my OWN? Because there is SO much out there to invest in, it is confusing as to with one to learn.

How do you value an ETF?

On an Exchange traded fund ETF how do you calculate a fair price for it? In stocks we can use M x E = P or PE multiplied by EPS = price and compare valuations with other peer stocks but does anyone know a good formula for ETFs? Thanks

Is an ETF considered stock when it come to capital gains?

I know stocks, if you hold them for a year you only pay 15% tax on the gains. But what about an ETF?
Answer only if you know for sure; please no guesses.
Hope you give me the best answer.
